Can you believe it is almost December? It is that time of year again for our December Christmas Calendar Raffle!!! Each entry has 31 chances to win! Complete the entire right side portion of the attached file and send it in with your student. You keep the calendar at home. The cost is $10 per entry. Yes, you can choose the option to charge your FACTS account if you would like. Forms are being sent home on Friday, November 4 to our youngest and only students, but if you need an extra form, please click the link below! Good luck to all who participate!
