Principal Rucinski's June message

Message from the Principal
June 5, 2020
Dear St. Mary's School Parents and Guardians,

I cannot thank you enough for your support and understanding as together we worked to make this school year the best one possible!  I am excited to honor our graduating classes in the coming weeks.  I am also excited to see many families at our Pick-Up Day on June 15th.  More information regarding this event is included below.

As we end this school year, we also look forward to the next one.  While we continue to await further guidance, St. Mary's School will be working all summer to ensure that the 2020-2021 School Year will allow our students to grow academically in a safe environment.

If you have not yet registered, there is a button below that will take you to our Online Registration page.  Many families initially filled out the Google Form to hold their spot while we worked to get this page up and running.  However, please be aware this does not replace the Online Registration.

As is customary each year, we also ask each family complete the 2020-2021 Family Survey which can also be accessed through a button below.

Finally, please be sure you filled out the appropriate textbook request paperwork for the next year.  Feel free to reach out to the office if you have any questions.

Pick-Up Day
On Monday, June 15th from 3-7PM families will be able to pick-up any items from school.  In order to ensure this event runs smoothly, we ask that you first sign your family up for a time by filling out the Google Form below.  Then, during your time slot please park your car on the school-side of Division St.  When you arrive, our faculty will bring down items that belong to your family.  Additionally, any medication will also be available to be picked up.  This would also be a good time to return any school-issued devices that have been borrowed.  Also, we will be collecting end of the year gifts for our dedicated teachers.

Please note:
- Pre-K and Kindergarten students will have their Pick-Up on their Graduation Days
- Middle School students will be able to clean out their lockers by signing up for a time slot between June 16th and June 18th
