Call and schedule your personal tour today at 518-237-0652!  Tours are done afterschool Monday-Thursday.

We strongly recommend all families watch the Virtual Tour.  Please e-mail the school ( to ask questions about the programs in order to make an informed decision regarding placement.

In March, new families are able to register for the next school year. We will accept online only registrations at that time and continue to do so throughout the year. Once you have completed the online registration, a one-time non-refundable registration fee will be assessed per student and will be applied to your FACTS account if a credit card was not used in the application process. This fee will be generated at the time of registration.  Please note that on August 1st this fee for all programs in the school will double. When the number of applicants exceeds the number of openings, priority is given to active members of St. Mary of the Assumption Parish and neighboring parishes without schools. Students entering our Kindergarten program must be 5 years old by December 1st.  Students entering our 4 year old Pre-K program must be 4 years old by December 1st of the enrolling year. Students entering our 3 year old Pre-K program must be 3 years old by December 1st of the enrolling year.  Please note, these dates are firm and that all PreK program students must be fully potty trained.

Registrations are completed in our FACTS SIS/tuition account that must be created when applying or reapplying. Once you have completed this process, including setting up your payment plan, your registration will be complete and your spot in our program will be finalized after processing.  Please note that your account will not appear in the pending agreements to finalize until a payment plan has been chosen.

In addition, you may sign into your FACTS account at any time and check upcoming payments, history of charges/payments as well as print off any tax documents needed.

Transcripts and Health records

For students transferring from other schools, academic as well as health records must be received from your child's previous school. We will ask you to complete a Request for Records transfer form, in order to retrieve those records.

Transportation and text book Requests

You must apply for transportation each year with your public school district. Forms can be found on your public school district website and must be returned to them. Please remember the due date for these forms is April 1st. Transportation is available for grades K-8 only. Additionally, we will provide you with a Textbook Loan form for your signature. This will entitle your child to receive his or her necessary text book materials.
